Unidentified Hyderabad at Catfoss airfield.
On 8th June 1929 12 Squadron Fairey Fox J7949 swung while taxying at Catfoss aerodrome and collided with a 99 Squadron Hyderabad. A-Flight of 12 Squadron were on annual detachment to Catfoss from Andover and 99 Squadron were detached from Upper Heyford with both squadrons undertaking gunnery and bombing practice off Skipsea whilst in Yorkshire. The indentity of the Hyderabad is not known. Additional information is sparse regarding this incident.
