S.E.5a D6009 at Tadcaster aerodrome.
At 16.45hrs on 28th July 1918 this No.38 Training Depot Station aeroplane was having it's propeller turned during an engine test at Tadcaster aerodrome when the rigger lost his balance for fell into the rotating propeller which struck him on the head.

Rigger - AM2 Norman Atherton RAF. Injured.
