A photograph of S.E.5a D3433 exists showing it in an overturned state and badly damaged at Driffield aerodrome. This aeroplane appears to have served with No.21 Training Depot Station but no date for the incident is given. No.21 T.D.S. existed between July 1918 and July 1919 so must have occurred between the two dates if the unit stated is correct. Given the damage visibile the pilot must have sustained injuries.
