Avro 504 B8726 at Beverley aerodrome.
On 17th October 1918 the engine of this No.72 Training Squadron aeroplane choked at 300 feet above the ground, almost certainly while taking off from Beverley aerodrome. A stall developed and it dived into the ground. The injured fitter was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary for treatment.
