On an unknown date in March 1918 this RNAS Flying School aeroplane sustained damage to it's undercarriage and propeller at RNAS Redcar aerodrome. The reasons for this are not yet known but the damage must have been severe as the aeroplane was not repaired and was deleted on 6th April 1918.
