Airco DH.6 B9034 (probably) at Bramham Moor aerodrome.
The casualty card for this incident gives no clues on what have occurred and states that on 12th December 1917 the pilot of this 68 Training Squadron aeroplane made a bad landing, the aeroplane was badly damaged and the pilot broke his left arm. The unit was based at Bramham Moor at the time and the incident probably occurred there, despite the pilot's service file stating it was "Tadcaster".

Stanley Rodgers was born on 19th December 1894 and received a commission in the Royal Flying Corps on 23rd November 1917.
