B.E.2e 9964 at Roundhay, Leeds.
On 23rd October 1917 this aeroplane is believed to have crashed on a test flight at Soldiers Field, Roundhay prior to being delivered to the Royal Flying Corps. This flying site was used by the Blackburn Aeroplane & Motor Company to test fly aeroplanes they have worked on at their factory. B.E.2e 9964 was written off as a result of this incident.
