Hols-der-Teufel BGA.127(2) glider at Sutton Bank.
On 24th March 1935 members of the Yorkshire Gliding Club met at Sutton Bank to undertake gliding. This glider was flown at various points during the day and late in the day a pilot attempted to fly to gain his C-Class flying certificate. While the glider got airborne the wind dropped after a few minutes in the air. The pilot attempted a huried landing but ended up in a ditch on the edge of the gliding site. The glider damaged a few struts.
