Slingsby T.1 Falcon IIIS (BGA.264?) glider at Sutton Bank.

On Sunday, 3rd January 1937 members of the Yorkshire Gliding Club carried out gliding from the Sutton Bank gliding site. In the late afternoon this two seat glider was flown, darkness came early so the pilot came in to land. On the approach to land the glider struck bushes and slightly damaged the tail. The glider's identity was probably BGA.264.

Passenger - Mr Hartness.
