On 25th November 2015 was to be landed next to Bilsdale Mast at a location specified by the mast operating company, as the pilot approached to assess the landing site the helicopter's downwash picked-up items of rubbish that had been left in the area. One of these items of rubbish was a piece of metal measuring around 200mm square and this was sucked into the tail rotor, it damaged the aircraft but although the pilot felt the jolt he was able to land the helicopter safely.
In August 2021 a fire in the 1030 foot high mast caused it to be demolished two months later.
