On 1st January 2016 this aircraft was being flown from Sturgate to Fadmoor but while in the circuit to land at the Boon Hill airstrip the two main undercarriage legs would not deploy. The pilot feathered both propellers before making a successful landing using the nose undercarriage and although the aircraft received minor damage it was deemed successful.

This aircraft was first registered as OH-PNG in the 1970s but was first registered in the UK as G-EEJE in May 2001 to Foremans Aviation Ltd, Tickton, Beverley, Yorkshire. On 9th September 2001 is received damage at Cambridge Airport when one of the propeller spinners broke up prior to a take off being made, parts of the spinner struck the nose of the aircraft. It was later repaired. It was listed as being owned by "GEEJE Ltd", of Boon Hill Farm, Fadmoor (where the airfield is) between January 2002 and September 2015 but at the time of the mishap at Fadmoor on New Years Day 2016 it was owned by Excelfoot Ltd, of Bawtry, Doncaster.
