On 3rd December 2007 this glider landed at the Sutton Bank site at 12.55hrs following a training flight but instead of landing next to the launch strip it landed on grass which would take it across it. On landing the pilot's ground run sent him over a raised winch track which normally the gliders would be parrallel to when landing. The glider sustained damage to the undercarriage struts and fuselage and a door was torn off when it rode over the seven inch high bank. The pilot was not injured.
