On 27th August 2013 both main undercarriage legs collapsed when the aircraft landed at the Sutton Bank gliding site.
Pilot - Name unknown. Uninjured.
G-BJIV was damaged at Thorne near Doncaster on 23rd August 2000 and previously at Sutton Bank on 30th August 2011.
