On 30th August 2011 this aircraft was being used to tow a glider into the air at the Sutton Bank gliding site when, during the take off run one of the undercarriage legs collapsed and the wing tip struck the ground. The pilot released the glider and shut the engine down and although the aircraft spun around further damage was prevented.

G-BJIV was damaged at Thorne near Doncaster on 23rd August 2000 and was repaired. Following this incident at Sutton Bank in August 2011 it was repaired and further damaged at Sutton Bank in 2013.
