Halifax near Sutton on the Forest.

An unidentified Halifax struck a lorry travelling along a road on take off from East Moor, the aircraft crash landed at the rear of Sutton Hall (possibily) on 22nd October 1944. The incident may refer to the accident to Halifax LW552 earlier in the year and the date in this instance is incorrect. The only reference found to-date is in a York Evening Press publication in the mid-1990's.
