Solar Wings Pegasus/Flash 2 microlight G-MNPB at Wombleton airfield.
On 12th August 1986 this small aircraft made a crash-landing in the Wombleton area, possibly on the former
airfield and the pilot is thought to have been slightly injured. Nothing more is known.

The aircraft was built in 1986 and its airworthiness certificate was granted on 18th April 1986 to Eden
Blyth, of Windsports Centre Ltd, Wombleton Aerodrome. It was rebuilt after this accident and sold to
Graham Jewitt at Wykeham Abbey in 1988. It was then sold
again in 1990 and went down south. Its final certificate of airworthiness expired in November 2000.
