On 23rd March 1994 this aircraft was been flown from Norwich to Newcastle when it made a forced landing at Hemlington, two miles
east of Thornaby. The aircraft was badly damaged and suffering Cat.5/FA damage it was written off. It ran across a road and into the
garden of a house.

registered in the U.S.A. as N137AV in 1984. It was first registered in the UK on 11th December 1990 to ENPAR(North)Ltd. It registration was cancelled
as destroyed on 26th April 1994.
