On the 18th of December 1916 this aircraft ran into Avro 504 9867 at Redcar and damaged both machines. This Caudron was built
by British Caudron Co. Ltd at Hendon and delivered to AAP Hendon on 30th June 1916 where it was tested and accepted on
the 4th of July 1916. It was transferred to RNAS Redcar on the 8th of August 1916 where it arrived on the 10th of August and used by the
flying school there. After this collision in December 1916 it was repaired and returned to service before suffering a Cat W/FA on
the 23rd of March 1917, it was then deleted as beyond economic repair on the 3rd of April 1917.
