On the 8th of November 1916 this aircraft was damaged in crash at Redcar, sustaining Cat W/FA damage. The aircraft as a result of this accident was not repaired and was deleted on the 29th of January 1917, probably when an assessment team were at Redcar to inspect damage to this and other aircraft damaged in the previous few weeks. The aircraft had been built by Brush EE Co Ltd of Loughborough and delivered to RNAS Redcar on the 30th of August 1916 where it served with the Flying School.
