On the 1st of February 1916 this aircraft was badly damaged at Redcar after a skid broke on landing. Damage was put so severe that it was reduced to being used for spares and was deleted from stock on the 3rd of February 1916. Damage was given as Cat W/FA. It had been built by Bristol at Filton and was delivered to Redcar for erection on the 15th of November 1915.
