On the 17th of March 1916 this aircraft was wrecked in a force-landing at Redcar, damage sustain was given as Cat W/FA and desribed as "destroyed" when assessed. It was deleted as a result as of the 21st March 1916. Having been built by Aerolanes Caudron it was delivered to Redcar in July 1915. It suffered Cat R/FA damage in a crash at Robin Hoods Bay on 25th July 1915, dismantled, repaired amnd returned to service by the 28th of August 1915. It was transfered to RNAS Scarborough and accepted there on 8th September 1915. Several months later it was transfered back to Redcar on the 30th January 1916 before being damaged here in March of that year.
