By 21st August 1917 this aircraft was considered to be a "wreck" at Redcar, there is no indication when or how this
aircraft sustained any damage but it was deleted from stock on 8th September 1917.
The aircraft was built by Brush EE Co Ltd of Loughbrough and was delievered to RNAS Redcar on 16th May 1916.
On 3rd August 1916 it was damaged in a force-landing at Redcar and was repaired and returned to service only
to suffer another accident on 29th January 1917. It is believed to have been repaired following this incident however
it is possible that it wasn't and took some months to be assessed. When it finally was it was deleted from stock on
8th September 1917. It is possible that an incident on 21st August 1917 did not happen and was perhaps the date when it
was inspected and assessed.
