Scout 3038 was built by Bristol's of Filton and delivered to Redcar on 19th December 1915. Following this accident it
was repaired and returned to service at Redcar but was severely damaged again at Redcar on 19th August 1916. After
assessment it was deemed beyond economic repair and deleted from stock on 29th August 1916.
