On the 3rd of December 2007 this glider landed following a training flight across the usually landing strip rather than down it at 12.55hrs. On landing the pilots ground run sent him over a raised winch track which normally the gliders would be parrallel to. The glider sustained damage to its undercarriage struts and fuselage and a door was torn off when it rode over the seven inch high bank. The pilot was not injured.
